We are a group of Bears, Cubs and their admirers, located in the San Francisco Bay Area.  We like to gather together and take in a movie.  It's a night of great fun, great conversation and a chance to relax, hang out, visit with friends, meet new friends, and take in a movie together. Sometimes, we will do a Karaoke night, or some show related to bears.  Even expanding to coordinating group live theatre outings. 

But now you must be asking.  "How do you all know what you're going to see and which theatre to meet up at?"  the answer is simple.  We have created an online forum for registered members.  Located at groups.sfmoviebears.com   The Forums include areas in which we put together a poll on what movie to go see, which theatre to see it etc.  There are also forums where we can post our own personal review of a movie we've seen.  And a General Discussion area.  If you would like to be a part of the SF Movie Bears.  Simply click on the link to the Forums and then click Register and become a member. It's free and it's fun. Sometimes, a highly anticipated movie will be chosen by the coordinator, and a vote will not take place.
